Zhou Xiongwei

Mr. Xiongwei Zhou, also known as Joe, is a Managing Director at Eastern Link Capital. He has over 20 years multi-cultural and multi-national work experience. In the U.S., Mr. Zhou was a Manager at Delta Search Labs, where he was responsible for development and evaluation of new business opportunities, including a startup that utilizes virtual reality technology in applications of pain management. Mr. Zhou holds a M.B.A. from MIT Sloan Fellows Program. He also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Precision Engineering from Tianjin University, China.
